Return Policy 

ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO MANUFACTURER POLICY 

General Return Guidance 

 

  • DO NOT SHIP ANY ITEMS UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED PROPER AUTHORIZATION FROM ALDEVRA - Please respond to E-mails as soon as possible! 
  • For returns that meet our return policy you will receive a UPS shipment label and RMA # to write on the outside of the box, for large equipment returns freight will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Please see the details below for more information.  
  • NOTE: A minimum 10% restocking charge will be deducted from your credit! 
  • If you received the incorrect item or your item is defective then you will NOT be charged a restocking fee! If your item is defective please provide the model of the equipment it was installed on and the fail & install dates. 

 

Manufacturer Specific Guidance 

 

Follett & Dukers: 

 

  • Non-standard equipment cannot be returned.  
  • Follett equipment may be returned for credit under the following conditions: 

 

  • The equipment is new and unused. 
  • A return authorization number has been issued by customer service within 45 days after shipment. 
  • Follett receives the equipment at the factory in Easton, PA within 30 days after issuance of the return authorization number. 
  • The equipment is returned in Follett packaging. If the packaging has been damaged or discarded, Follett will forward new packaging at the customer's expense. 
  • Note: Return freight charges are the responsibility of the customer. If equipment is returned and is damaged because of improper packaging, Follett LLC will not be held responsible. 
  • Credit will be issued when the equipment has been inspected by Follett and deemed suitable to be returned to stock.  
  • Note: A 20% restocking charge will be deducted from the credit. If the cost to return the product to stock exceeds the restocking fee, the actual cost will be deducted. 

 

Riester

 

  • Must be new items. 
  • Returns must be made within 30 days.  
  • Re-stocking fees apply. 

 

Food Service Parts and Small Items

 

  • New; in original packaging 
  • Customer pays return shipping 
  • Potential restocking fee 
  • Returns must be made within 30 days  

 

Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. Times can vary, but expect notification no more than five business days from receipt of the status of your return. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within five business days of receipt, depending on your card issuer’s policies. 

 

Shipping: Generally, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and a restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Exceptions to this must be coordinated directly with us.
